Initiate Your Request

Log into your LightCo account or use our guest portal to select the order and items you wish to return for a pre-paid shipping label.

Secure the Fixture

Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals included.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse team confirms the item is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
