Luna Capiz Pendant Light by J. Adams & Co. reimagines the collection through a refined material contrast, pairing its signature sculptural form with hand-applied Capiz shell. The result is a more expressive surface, where light interacts with the natural iridescence of the material to create a soft, shifting glow.

At its core, Luna’s design remains centred around a concealed LED light source, diffused behind a disc and reflected against a hand-spun brass plate. With the introduction of Capiz, this reflected light takes on a new depth — revealing subtle tonal variation and delicate patterning unique to each piece.

Each shell is a reclaimed by-product of food harvesting, responsibly sourced from small-scale Filipino fisherfolk, then meticulously cleaned, trimmed, and inlaid by skilled artisans using heritage techniques passed down through generations. This careful process enhances the material’s natural translucency, allowing light to pass through gently and produce a warm, ambient halo that evolves with changing light conditions.

Crafted from precision-machined brass and finished with carefully inlaid Capiz shell, the Luna Capiz Pendant Light offers a refined solution for residential, hospitality, and commercial interiors.
