Luna Capiz Wall Light

Luna Capiz Wall Light by J. Adams & Co. brings a material-led expression to the collection’s sculptural form, combining a hand-spun brass disc with a surface of finely inlaid Capiz shell. The result is a wall light that balances precision with softness, introducing subtle movement through light and texture.

A concealed LED light source sits behind the central disc, reflecting outward to create Luna’s signature halo effect. With the addition of Capiz, this glow is softened and enriched, the natural translucency of the shell revealing delicate veining and tonal variation as light passes through.

Each shell is a reclaimed by-product of food harvesting, responsibly sourced from small-scale Filipino fisherfolk, then meticulously cleaned, trimmed, and inlaid by skilled artisans using heritage techniques passed down through generations. This process preserves the organic character of the material while enhancing its ability to diffuse light.

Designed to provide both ambient and decorative illumination, the fitting casts a warm, diffused glow that enhances surrounding surfaces without harshness. Ideal for bedrooms, hallways, and living spaces, it introduces a calm and considered lighting layer.
